Release Information:
Vehicles Involved in Accidents : No Hold

Vehicles stored at our yard as a result of an accident, in most cases, do not require a
release form from a police agency. The vehicle can be retrieved during office hours. If you
are picking up your vehicle personally, you must be the registered owner or have written
authorization from the registered owner and have a valid driver license. You must arrange
for a tow truck to meet you at our yard at the time of pick up. We cannot move wrecked
vehicles to the street, the City of Westminster has an ordinance prohibiting wrecked or
inoperable vehicles from being placed on the street.

If you would like to release your vehicle to you insurance company or a body shop, for them
to retrieve from our yard; please fax us a copy of your driver’s license, current registration
and a note stating who is authorized to pick up your vehicle. (714)901-4501

Personal property can be retrieved by registered owner or those with written authorization
from the registered owner, during office hours. Nothing attached to the vehicle by any
means (wired or bolted) may be removed from the vehicle in our yard due to insurance
restrictions.
